Deliveries are made on Thursdays within San Mateo County and San Francisco. If you'd like to request an alternative delivery day, let me know and I'll do my best to accommodate. Deliveries outside the standard area are available upon request and may include an additional travel fee.

Check water levels daily as some blooms drink more than others. Refresh water every 2–3 days to help avoid bacteria growth. Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight and heat vents - flowers prefer a cool spot out of the sun. Remove any blooms as they fade to keep the arrangement looking its best. Seasonality can affect a flower's longevity. I do my best to select blooms that hold well, but some arrangements will naturally outlast others.

Can I request specific flowers or colors?: Designer's choice is at the heart of every standing order -- arrangements are built around what's fresh and beautiful that week. That said, if you have strong preferences or things you'd like to avoid, let me know when you inquire and I'll keep them in mind.
Allergies + loved ones safety: Please note any allergies, sensitivities, pets, or young children in your space when you inquire. Many common flowers can be toxic to cats, dogs, and small children -- I'll do my best to design around your situation, though I can't guarantee a fully allergen, pet, or child-safe arrangement. This is something we'll discuss before your first delivery.
Can I upgrade or change my tier after I start?: You can upgrade or adjust your tier at any time with 2 weeks notice. We'll discuss the updated scope and pricing before the change takes effect.
